The location is perfectly good because it is close to the Durham University Business School and I was visiting one friend there. Everything looks great!

Stayed for one night in Feb 2026. Comfortable room, nice facilities (love the tub), good location, and lovely luggage storage after check-out. Don’t miss their breakfast!

My stay at this Premier Inn was excellent! The service was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable room. Conveniently located near the train station and just a short distance from multiple bus stops with many routes. It is located right next to Millennium Square, which features a variety of restaurants!
Highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay!

Walking distance to Durham Cathedral, turn left after exiting the cathedral and go up the steps where there are many bars. A supermarket is a 6-minute walk away, and the rooms are decent.

This is the newest and cleanest hotel I have stayed in during this trip. It is within a 10-minute walk from the train station and is in the old town of York, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is not rich, but the basics are all there. It feels great to stay overnight!
