Look like budget hotel but turn out to be a classy hotel. No breakfast ready. But there is in house coffee stall.

i like the food from signature kitchen at rivertel. room delivery very fast. the room is very clean. stay for 1 night with my wife.

The toilet seat is smaller than the toilet, I don't know if the hotel saved money by buying a smaller one or used a second-hand one. The room is much more expensive than before.

A very convenient location for visitors who drive. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Quality of pillows and bed linens were good. I picked the Delux King Plus which had an extra bench/sofa and it’s slightly more spacious. It only MYR 10 more than the Delux King. I think MYR 10 more is worth it for the extra space and comfort. There’s a cafe at M level which is good for teatime chitchat with friends if you have no place to go in hot afternoon. Menu was limited but quality of coffee was okay. It’s MYR 10 for an americano, not cheap. Staff were helpful but not all understood English well. Overall, a very pleasant experience here.
