A little late review since we (my wife and I were in Düsseldorf last June 2019) The Red: Very stylish apartments are clean and very quietly furnished. Super location in Düsseldorf next to the Rhine. Many restaurants and cafes around the corner. Short walk to the old town. Super friendly staff go every way to feel right at home. Ever again.

We went there for a long weekend and we had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very efficient. The duty manager Mr. Mueller had done on fantastic job on us so traveling with a toddler was easy. Very nice food as well - room service was quite fast and breaky was yummy. Don't forget to visit little Tokio - stunning restaurants there. Ask the famous concierge for recommendations - he knows where to go. We had a fab time so thanks to all who make it happen!!!

Amazing experience from A to Z Arrived at Hotel with fantastic parking spaces and ability to charge the car. Receptionist upon check-in have been super accommodating and professional, she was helpful, smiley and very complimenting thank you Pauline!!! Room was immaculate, contained very sustainable material with amazing and spacious layout and fantastic view. Huge thanks to all housekeeping staff without exception. They prepared baby cot to our daughter with bathrobe, slippers and shampoo, conditional and lotion with some wonderful toys as well!! During the stay, they did a wonderful job day in day out with refreshing and preparing a very welcome room. Huge thanks to the F&B team at both bar and room service. They placed amazing fruits basket upon arrived with a lovely letter. Bar staff, they were smiley, professional and very accommodating, playing with our daughter and asking always if we needed help etc and making the best food and drinks with special shout-out to Eike for being amazing dusting our visits! Breakfast staff were very nice despite how busy the area is during that weekend and they have ensured to seat it somewhere quiet and prepare baby seat for our daughter, they were attentive with coffee, eggs and everything else, thank you for your hard work! Lobby, wonderful and luxury layout with amazing atmosphere, concierge / bellman Bashir or Rachid ( please excuse my spelling) was a very wonderful guy, he was chatty and funny even our daughter was running toward him, you are so kind! Lastly, we had to checkout after amazing stay to be helped by one in a million receptionist her name is Paula if am not mistaken on 28th May around 13:00! Location is fantastic, hotel is wonderful and everything else is spot on. Suitable for families, corporates and leisure!! Thank you to all the staff!!!!

A hotel was difficult to find because there was a congress in D”Düsseldorf. This hotel had rooms at the date we wanted at a reasonable price. Uninterested reception. Reasonable room, not big, Basic, no minibar or water cooker. Well, it was nice that a door was to open because the heating could not be turned off. Good beds, but some cans overlooking in the deck bed. Clean small bathroom, enough towels, good water pressure. Good free WiFi. Good extensive breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for two days when visiting Düsseldorf with my family. The hotel is well located, at the end of Königsallee, the city’s main shopping street. A subway station is located just across the street. There are also a couple of restaurants across the street and two supermarkets behind the hotel. We stayed in a twin room on the top floor which was clean and reasonable in terms of size. The sink was broken but water didn’t leak. The breakfast buffet has few options for a 4-star hotel, there is hardly any fruit and milk alternatives are not available in the buffet, you need to order. Be very careful with charges to your credit cards. The hotel blocked 350 euros on my credit card upon arrival and this amount was not released when I paid for my stay. It’s been a month that I stayed at this hotel and they are still withholding the amount.

The price-quality ratio is excellent!!! A full-fledged chunk for more than an acceptable price (the number of two 51 euros - and this is on a pink Monday carnival in Dusseldorf). I don't know, maybe people were scared of the weather and because of this we were lucky with the price. At any rate, convenience was at the height. And full breakfast for only 7.5 euros (for Germany it is cheap) above all praise. With marinated cucumbers you can get mad.

Hi all, Please be warned the Airco is not working correctly if it’s very hot outside. The rooms can’t be cooled comfortably. Extremely disappointing. I asked if we could change rooms, but it seems all the rooms have the same issues. I am staying in the economy room 112. Besides the temperatuur problem, the 2 persons bed is just 140cm. Quite small bed. They should have mentioned the small bed. For the rest it has friendly personnel. We were able to have a later checkout. Location is excellent. Close to the Asian foodspots and the city center. And there are cheap carparks nearby. I think if it’s not to hot it’s a great hotel, but in summer the airconditioning mentioned is fake advertising. Don’t stay here unless you are used to stay in a hot room.

Whoever is looking for a central, small, cheap hotel in a big city, is best relieved here! smooth communication, sympathetic contact, pleasant settlement - and that in times of Corona. OK. , small but clean rooms with a proper bathroom and reasonable shower, at the moment no breakfast in this pandemic, perhaps once new, harder mattresses meaningful - but everything to a super price-performance ratio! In the middle of Bilk, so super central, no disturbing noise or noise of the room neighbors, check-in with key code easy. And even a bottle of red wine as welcome greeting on the room. My new secret tip for a luxury-free accommodation!

The breakfast (cost: € 8 extra) is extensive and offers something for every taste. The staff is friendly and helpful. The parking is just in front of the door. The hotel is easily reachable from the highway (without a walk through the city centre etc.) There are several supermarkets, a ice cafe and bathrooms, which (in part) also offer warm cuisine. I had a 1 month stay and everything was perfect. The hotel is affordable, has daily cleaning services, and a very nice living area. The neighborhood is pretty central and safe. Train stop is just in front, bus stops pretty close. Staff very supportive. So far, perfect.

Wow, what a find this hotel is. The rooms are exceptional, very comfortable beds, great showers etc. Most importantly, the staff are so helpful. Sonja was so helpful when I had an issue with my dates ( my fault not theirs) , organized an excellent alternative for me that far exceeded my expectations. Amazing hotel would recommend. Also Great Location close to City Centre and transport links. 10 out of 10 from me
