My room was dirty. A lot of dust. Dirty windows and floors. Spiderwebs everwhere. Dirty window drapes. And rooms smell like mold and old water pipes or canals... I asked if they can clean the room and the answer was: i am the only one complaining. And i should know its a 3 star hotel and in their opinion 3 star hotels can be dirty. so not realy profesional staff.

Very nice welcome, room was comfortable, everything worked, cute little gem in walking distance to everything incl. train station, restaurants and bars (old town). Just be aware that the elevator will be shut off during the night and the reception will not be open during night times as well.

Clean and comfortable but basic hotel, ideal for a reasonably priced stay in the Altstadt in Dusseldorf. Plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby and with great transport links. Breakfast in the hotel is continental style.

Good location in the old town of Düsseldorf. Lots of choice in the surroundings in terms of shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. Good connections also by public transport. Despite the central location, the location is surprisingly peaceful.
The room was quite small. Many large suitcases cannot fit in the room. If you don't need extra space in your room on a city vacation, then there are no complaints about the room. Room and hotel clean. Downstairs, a small restaurant where breakfast was also served.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Midden in het oude stads centrum van DD, en uitgaand buurt. Niet veel verwachten van het hotel maar alles is oké, en het ontbijt is zeer gevarieerd.
