I booked 2 single rooms through Ctrip. The hotel is relatively close to Dusseldorf Airport and is a 4-star hotel under the Hyatt Hotel Group. But I can only sum it up in 3 words: bad, bad, bad! ! ! The single room cost nearly 700 yuan a night, but the room did not come with bottled water, coffee, tea bags and a kettle. When I arrived at the hotel at 9pm, I had to go downstairs to buy water. In addition, Ctrip offered to delay check-out until 2 p.m. when booking. However, when checking in and confirming with the front desk, the front desk replied that the hotel would check out at 11 o'clock. Every hour of delayed check-out would be charged 10 euros, and the hotel was informed of the current WI-FI. The equipment was broken and there was no free internet in the room. This 4-star hotel in Dusseldorf is not even as good as domestic budget hotels. Staying for one night is a way to avoid the pitfalls for everyone. Do not stay at this hotel when you go to Dusseldorf.
