Excellent hotel, super clean, convenient bathroom, just steps from the central station, a few meters from the tram stop, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby! Highly recommended!

The room is spacious and easy to find. Check-in is separate, so there's no need to worry about language barriers. It's quite close to the subway station, and walking distance to the Japanese town is also possible. It's perfect for friends traveling together who want to stay separately.

The room is old, close to the railway, noisy, average breakfast, indifferent staff, poor hygiene, convenient transportation, suitable for business trips, no air conditioning, no heating.

Horrible hotel, next to the train, looks dodgy and very noisy. I also found the staff very unfriendly. The curtains are not closing properly and the carpet on the hallway full of stains. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. The breakfast was Ok but other than that never again.

The hotel is showing its age. In the bathroom, the towel rails are so high you can barely reach them unless you're 1.90 meters tall. There's mold in the shower tray, the bathroom lighting is very dim, and the rest of the furnishings are basic. To put it mildly, during my three-day stay, the trash wasn't emptied, nor was the room cleaned. The reception is only staffed until 2 p.m. After that, check-in is via a machine at the entrance and only accepts debit or credit cards. There's no breakfast, but there is a coffee vending machine; if you don't have a €2 coin, tough luck, no coffee. The staff, when they are present, are friendly.
