Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und sehr ruhig. Sehr gut war auch der kostenlose Parkplatz.

The good: - Very clean. - Next to a chain grocery store. The bad: - They say reception is open 24/7 on their website but they close at 10 or even 9 pm. So they lie. - The staff was very cold and not smiling at all. Internet was horrible always disconnected. - Far from downtown. - You have to go to reception every time you need a cup of hot water! Just a small coffee machine in reception operated by themselves. So no hot water after 9 pm! - Expensive for little service! - They did not answer any of the emails I sent for booking and other stuff. Always had to call them 🙄 - The vending machine worked only with coins! But it's a weird German thing I think that they are still living in 1990s doing business with coins!

Es ist erfreulich, dass es immer noch saubere, ordentliche Hotels mit freundlich- aufmerksamen Personal und gutem Frühstück zu erschwinglicen, nicht abgehobenen Preisen gibt.
Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Das Comfort Einzelzimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bett sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer mit bodentiefer Dusche sauber und neu. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Der Frühstücksraum groß und freundlich. Das Frühstück für 11 Euro recht gut, die Eier können etwas wärmer sein. In Laufnähe zur Uniklinik Düsseldorf. In direkter Nachbarschaft zwei Lebensmittel Geschäfte. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wiederbuchen.
