The air conditioning can not turned on, making the room extremely stuffy and uncomfortable. It was also very noisy throughout the night, which seriously affected my sleep quality. In addition, the towels provided had visible stains, which was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness. As I booked through Trip.com, it seems that I am unable to receive a refund. Overall, my stay was very disappointing, and I would definitely not consider staying here again. Great experience. Well-located hotel. Clean surroundings. It was very convenient to have a vending machine for coffee, tea, drinks, and biscuits inside the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. After it took 20 minutes to find us in the system, things didn't get any better. It's very noisy, there's only a small trash can in the bathroom, the previous guest's contact lenses were still stuck to the bedside table (see picture), there's no safe and our "do not disturb" sign was simply ignored. That's just unprofessional and unacceptable. Charging such a price for such a bad room is unacceptable. The only positive thing was the location.
