Very nice hotel right in the center of Dusseldorf. Staff is very friendly and rooms were large and clean. We traveled with our 3 year old and there was plenty of room for him to play. We had breakfast at the hotel, which was the usual European style breakfast buffet with yummy food The hotel has dedicated indoor parking, which is very helpful in such a busy city. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in and I would definitely stay here again in the future. In terms of local activities, it was easy to reach the waterfront, old center, shops and the park from the hotel. We were also able to visit all chrismas markets easily by foot from the hotel.

We went there for a long weekend and we had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very efficient. The duty manager Mr. Mueller had done on fantastic job on us so traveling with a toddler was easy. Very nice food as well - room service was quite fast and breaky was yummy. Don't forget to visit little Tokio - stunning restaurants there. Ask the famous concierge for recommendations - he knows where to go. We had a fab time so thanks to all who make it happen!!!

The hotel has just been taken over by Clayton. We could no longer freely use the swimming pool. It would now cost 15 euros pp. The room was neat, the toilet very low. Breakfast was fine. The range of food was a bit limited for us and also pricey. Service at the bar was fine.

Hi all, Please be warned the Airco is not working correctly if it’s very hot outside. The rooms can’t be cooled comfortably. Extremely disappointing. I asked if we could change rooms, but it seems all the rooms have the same issues. I am staying in the economy room 112. Besides the temperatuur problem, the 2 persons bed is just 140cm. Quite small bed. They should have mentioned the small bed. For the rest it has friendly personnel. We were able to have a later checkout. Location is excellent. Close to the Asian foodspots and the city center. And there are cheap carparks nearby. I think if it’s not to hot it’s a great hotel, but in summer the airconditioning mentioned is fake advertising. Don’t stay here unless you are used to stay in a hot room.

Just a 1 night stay. Nice modern city centre hotel with attractive park next door and (not too noisy) trams out front. Check in was fine and the room a good size, modern and in excellent condition. Very comfortable bed. In room payable mini bar options but a shame they don’t throw anything in on a complimentary basis. Breakfast area next morning was nice (with also some limited outside seating. Food choice and quality was OK. Shame the juices are not freshly squeezed. Feels like a place that will do a job for most visitors.

We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel and would definitely stay here again! First, the location is too perfect, right by the Altstadt, Königsallee, Hofgarten, tons of shopping, multiple underground stations, and a short walk to Little Tokyo area. We were continually surprised at how close we were to our hotel at any given moment during our trip here. The staff are also super friendly as well and made us feel welcome, both at reception and in the breakfast room. The breakfast itself was included in our room rate and far exceeded our expectations with how delicious and high quality it was. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had loads of counterspace (which I love!), great water pressure, and the provided shampoo/conditioner/shower gel etc were very high quality and smelled amazing. The air conditioner worked great and the room was very quiet at night. Oh, and the mini fridge was stocked with a variety of drinks which was included in the room rate which was so nice. Check-out time was noon which is later than most hotel check out times which was so nice as it meant we could sleep in even longer on our last day. Staff wore masks and made sure pens used for signing were sanitized. It was great to see Covid procedures followed and that safety of the guests was a priority here. At every opportunity and in every way, this hotel chose to prioritize quality, convenience, and comfort for guests. A stay here is highly recommended!

I've just had a short stay at the hotel, and I am extremely satisfied ! Lovely and warm welcoming, flexibility, delicious breakfast and cosy room. A little gem :) Despite arriving very early and my room not being ready, Mister Ron in the lobby made sure I got a nice coffee and found another room for me. The rest of the staff was also super kind and amenable, and gosh I wish I had such breakfasts everywhere :) For the location and the price, I'd say it is a must !
