給的分數也是送給酒店初裝修的，酒店初裝修應該是花心思打造了，設備都不差，但感覺年久失修一樣幾乎沒一間房間是沒有問題的，台盆漏水、找了好幾個房間才找到一個好用的花灑頭。
沒有洗衣房，酒店介紹有游泳池結果也不開，浴室的電視也是壞的、床單是破的……
着重説一下空調的事情，向客服反映幾次空調沒有熱風（換房間之前是有的），客服對於反應的問題很不耐煩不安排也不解決，在反應吹風機有問題時才裝蒜地説沒有人上來看嗎？🙄之後來了一位兇巴巴的服務員告知大廈設備維護沒有熱風，此時客服還在説要找維修師傅上來看看（前後矛盾）
早餐同樣很差沒一樣像樣的（關鍵也沒幾樣），引用餐廳裏遇到的一位客人的話説“一塌糊塗”
