Aberdeen Airport Dyce Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by BW

The wife and I were astounded on our return trip. We arrived at the hotel to find out our room had been upgraded. We were also furnished with complimentary drinks vouchers and twenty percent off food. We got to our room with an enormous double bed. The room also had a two seater and a one seater couch and a writing table. The en-suite was well equipped with complimentary toiletries. We went down to have dinner after a short while in the room. The menu offered a variety of choices catering for a variety of tastes. I opted for the soup and sirloin steak. The soup had a nice home made flavor to it and the steak was cooked to to perfection with compliments to the chef. We had a buffet breakfast in the morning which offered a good choice along with the usual cereals and drinks. The staff are so nice and helpful. We enjoyed similar service on the way back down on our return journey. We would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone and will keep coming back.

This was a return visit to start off a tour of Scotland for a two night stay. We arrived to a pleasant surprise. We had been upgraded to a premier room which has an armchair and settee as well. This made our stay extra special as we had more luggage than usual and were able to spread things out to our comfort. It was a joy seeing the staff again in particular Susan and Vikky in the restaurant. We ate in both nights Susan furnished us with complimentary drinks vouchers. We think the menu had changed but there are still plenty of choices. From memory I had prawn cocktail both nights and rump steak with trimmings one night and lasagne with garlic bread the following night. To finish I had sticky toffee pudding. Compliments to the chef, my steak was cooked to perfection. The wife had soup and chips. The staff are very attentive and it was great to refresh our relationship with them. It makes our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice along with various cereals, fruit juices etc. enough to set you up for the day. As always the hotel is spotless throughout which adds to our comfort. We enjoy the whole Hallmark experience so much that we have booked our next visit already. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was formerly the Menzies hotel so we were apprehensive about what to expect. we phoned up to book our accommodation and are pleased to say we were offered a super deal for paying at the time of booking. It cost us £101.40 for 2 nights B & B. When we arrived at reception we were told we had a basic room instead of the luxury rooms we were used to when it was Menzies. The only difference seems to be the size of the room although the basic is still quite spacious. We still had a hair dryer and a large screen TV. The breakfast is help yourself to continental and cooked. There is a good choice and what I had was warm and appetizing. We also ate in the restaurant. I had chicken skewers, prawn cocktail sirloin steak with chips and onion rings. Again the food was appetizing and my steak was cooked to perfection. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will definitely visit the hotel again. Also found all the staff very pleasant and helpful.

This was an excellent experience during our stay in march 2015. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated with a budget price for our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend this venue to others. Also dined in restaurant which was a pleasant experience for dinner and breakfast. Will definitely return.

Yes a bit dated in places however we stayed as a party of 13 and we all had a great overnight with not one complaint from any of us. Rooms are clean and spacious,reception/bar and dining areas are nice and comfortable,we all had dinner and breakfast which everyone enjoyed. I had read a few negative reviews and decided those guests were extremely unlucky or deliberately looking to complain. Overall a great time had by all,and a big mention to the staff who were quite simply fantastic
