It was a quick stay and really good access to every where but the room was a little smelly, so that was a down fall.

Stayed for one night. The room is dated, but the bed was very comfortable. A little TLC would go a long way, but we would definitely stay there again.

Bed was hard hotel smelled my cigarette.
A/C in the room made a lot of noise when we turned it on. Couldn’t sleep due to the noise. Hotel needs a little touch up.

When I checked in, there was no one in the check-in counter and waiting for 10~15 min. Check-in time was around 05:00PM and it was not late time for check-in.
I think hotel employee should be in the counter for the fast check-in process.
Also, I am wonderring why the deposit should be paid by cash($100) only. Fortunately, I had a 100 dollar bill, but I may be in trouble if I don't have any cash.

The hotel staff was amazing, accommodating & efficient. We checked in really late & the person at the desk was kind and rushed to get us to our suite 201. We also needed extra pillows were accommodated quickly. Total: 2 adults & 2 children.
The property however is in dire need of updating. The plumbing was soo loud in our suite, we could hear the toilets flushing & the showers running. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The vents were really loud as well. Not only did the plumbing keep me up, but so did the mattress & terrible pillows. There were several insects in the tub & the carpet looked like it was from back to the future. Also, the suit was on the second floor and was hard climbing up/down.

When we arrived at check-in clerk said had to leave $100 cash deposit asked her to leave credit said new ownership requires cash, my 1st initially given room toilet did not work there was no running water they switched me rooms, 2nd room sheets was dirty bathroom door wouldn't shut on top that was small. Will never go back

For the price of the room this hotel needs to be modernized. Beds are very uncomfortable had a bad smell to the room. Location is not wonderful
