The only problem we had was a plumbing issue….the bathtub leaked water all over the bathroom, foyer, closet floors and also a small area by the bed. We were unable to use the tub or shower for the remainder of our 2 day stay. Your front reception desk staff member, Sarah did a great job in helping us with the entire situation and even offered the second night free of charge. Excellent response! Thanks, Sarah!

Really enjoyed my 2 night stay here. The employees were very friendly, especially the young man who checked me in (I believe his name was Chance). Very quiet, clean, and comfortable.

I was so blessed by my stay at Hampton Inn Easley. Chance at the front desk was such a gift, and provided incredible service. So professional, responsive, and considerate of all hotel guests. Great service, Chase took care of my check in, added my Hilton rewards, fast and easy. Best check in ever. Quiet room, BLACKOUT SHADES!!! Good shower, clean, nice updated room, USB outlets, nice TV. Good wifi. Top 5 stays ever.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and respectful. We asked a maid to replace our towels and clean the bathroom. She did this to our complete satisfaction. Front desk were professional, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast staff were very nice and prompt in replacing food items when the quantity became low. The only complaint we had was the quality of the breakfast options could have. Een better. were
