Nice hotel especially if you are there on a weekend and want to gamble. We were just passing through and need a place for one night. The hotel was great, but on a Monday, all but two of the restaurants were closed. We really wanted Cajun food, but the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday as are two of the others there. There is also the resort fee that's only shown in the fine print...

The heater bowed only one ay, one side of the room was cool the other side was luke warm. The television is small and go from dark to light on it's own. There is no refrigerator nor microwave. Staff did accommodate us by bringing us a refrigerator. Furniture definitely outdated, but the shower was very elegant. The staff here is verey nice

The first room we had at first had hair in the bed and in the shower. Ms.Monica was kind enough to change our room with no problem. We were also allowed to check in early. Besides the hair issue everything was kool. Will be returning.

I was coming to do a 5 star review originally until I looked at my receipt and noticed i was charged a $3 “TOGO” fee at sports book .
I find it ridiculous that since i came in when the restaurant was closing and was told i HAD to order togo why would i be charged a fee to do so? it’s a scam and just another way of getting money out of people at this already overpriced hotel !
I was also told that $50 would be refunded to my account after i checked out and it has now been two days after checking out and I have not received my money back .

Beautiful View, High Ceiling, Elegant Chandeliers, Beautiful Walkway, Georgeous View of the River, new bedroom furnitures, nice scent, huge bathroom everything here was absolutely amazing!!!

Love that valet is included. The property is a nice getaway and the grounds are kept up really nice. The entrance lobby is beautiful.
