When looking at the website and what you get - NOT the same. No DSTV - Not even a hair dryer in the room. Curtains falling from the rails. Coffee station with a dirty cup and not even a teaspoon. Bedside lamps not working, fridge plugged out and defrosted leaving the carpet wet. Mirror in the bathroom fell off, just plonked down on the side of the basin. No coffee shop and restaurant as advertised. Very poor breakfast, it was made and plated hours before then warmed up in the microwave. You've got to sit and hoot at the gate for the security guard to open it for you as you don't get a remote. Desk at reception packed full of toilet paper did not leave a good first impression. I had to go and draw cash to pay for the accommodation as the card machine, which was held together with pieces of tape and dirty stickers would not accept my card. Only plus point is the fact that it is so close to the East London Day Hospital.

My stay was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome and they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was not only spotless but beautifully decorated, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The location was perfect—a peaceful retreat that was still conveniently close to the beach, Hemingway's mall and Vincet Mall. Breakfast was a definite highlight, with a delicious variety of options served with a warm smile. I left feeling completely refreshed and would highly recommend this

Everything was excellent, the comfort of the rooms, neatness and staff welcoming was beyond friendly.

This guesthouse needs major maintenance. Rooms smell of mould. Electricity is an issue. No back-up and no visible management.

I had a good stay with you, from the moment i parked. my room was exactly what i saw on the internet, breakfast was delicious. The staff is exceptional hospitable, very friendly and helpful. i love it and will surely stay here every year when i visit EL.

Terrible experience Disappointing for a 4star. Limited breakfast options, simple things like, no fried or boiled or poached eggs, no filter coffee. Only one plug point in the room. Iron in room had no settings and I ended up scorching my garment. Noise was on another level from staff, and when asked to please quiet down a bit , was laughed at. The pics are nothing like the actual venue. Pool was green, so in scorching 30• weather you could not swim either. I would not stay again or recommend either.
