Stayed at the Hampton Exclusive Guesthouse on 12 to 15 March 2026. I booked because the reviews were mostly good and it was labelled as 4-Star. On arrival I notice that the location isnot good, old buildings around but was not too worried as the they are not in control of other people properties and streets. Inside the place has no proper reception, no welcome drink as one has expected in a 4 star. The room was clean with all necessity including a balcony which was nice. The concern is the size of th bathroom, it was too small and no cabinet, only a small basic. There is no place to put your toiletries bag and no place to hang your wet private items. The breakfast was definitely below 4-star, the cutlery had missing things every day, tea spoon, servet. Table has dust but nothing to wipe. The lady serving om Frida and Saturday was like She has been working the entire night, She looks tired and angry. The lady who assisted us on Sunday was excellent but has to spend time on gas stove holding the ignition until the eggs were ready as the stove was faulty. Not a pleasant stay at all. For a 2 or 3 Star it was going to be ok but a 4-star, it was not below expectations.
