THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED AT. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel at midnight on 18/2/2026. The overall experience was highly disappointing, and several issues require immediate attention: 1. The room cleanliness was poor and did not meet basic hygiene standards. 2. The corridor lighting was severely inadequate, leaving the entire hallway dim and unsafe. 3. I had originally booked a double room with two single beds, but upon check-in, I was informed that such a room type was unavailable. The front desk staff refused to take responsibility, claiming they had not received such a request, and provided no reasonable solution or alternative. 4. On the day of check-in, I was told that there was a “system issue” preventing the issuance of a deposit receipt. However, an amount of AUD $50 was still charged to my credit card as a deposit. I was assured that the deposit would be refunded within two weeks, but it has now been over that period, and I have yet to receive any refund or official update. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
