Customer service is terrible STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I came with my 3yr old everything was booked but soon as I get there the security guy at the front desk doesn't even know what's going on . He gave us the wrong key to the wrong room, then he switched our room out with they key he already gave us nd the room was nasty. Looked as if someone just left the room. Even after I booke for that last night the front receptionist was giving me a hard time to get my things out the room. She sent the guest up to room and told one of the housekeeping man that she was calling the police on us after she wouldn't open the room back for us to get our stuff. It was a very bad experience for me and my family. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone especially for your family. Even after I got my things nd my lyft came my driver was putting my things in the car I realized that I left my food in the fridge for my son so I go up there nd they acted like I didn't have food for my son in there. Not to mention there was another housekeeper that works the lower level didn't want to help us either getting the stuff out the room. Only 1 good worker up there I wish I knew his name he was very more helpful through that stay there. JUST STAY AWAY. BOOK ANYTHING ELSE BUT THIS PLACE SPECIFICALLY I WOULD NEVER AGAIN ❗

I've lived in the worst place in my life. It's an airport hotel, but it's a motel. It's broken and dangerous. 1. Arrived at 6:00 a.m., went directly to the window, but the door was not open. Finally, I checked the reservation record and found that the luggage was put in, but no one could enter the lobby. Fortunately, a male colleague was there, and we stood in the small shop of the nearby gas station. After more than an hour, girls are really dangerous. 2. The room is very smelly and shabby. There is a lot of noise outside. I locked the door and lay my body on the bed. I didn’t dare to make a sound. After 11 o’clock in the middle of the night, the security guard called someone to open the door two rooms away. I was frightened and woke up until dawn. The bad feeling of being broken into. 3. Very noisy, the air conditioner starts and stops throughout the night, every two minutes, the sound of machinery outside is also very noisy.

Staff security was unprofessional and confrontational. There was roaches and spiders all throughout the room, but don’t you dare complain. Do that and the staff takes great defense to it and will choose to bayou for it. Delusional staff members and ghetto scenery. Save a little extra and spend your night at the holiday inn next door. Your life will be much at ease and peace. The doors had holes in them, leaving no form of security or privacy for the customers.

The front desk employee was very nice and very informative on what you need. The bad part is that the room was half way clean. Only clean part was the bed, and tub. It had spider webs everywhere and dust all over. The TV barely worked and the heater was extremely loud while not even getting the room hot enough to keep warm.

This hotel was horrible. The room was not clean. I walked into the hotel room and walked right out the moment I saw roaches crawling on the floor. I notified the front desk and they would not give me a refund or even cared that the room was infested.

Not the greatest neighborhood. Property and rooms are in disrepair and dirty. Didn't feel safe staying there.

Absolutely disgusting hotel! Everything from the outside to the inside is horrendous! Killed several cockroaches & the toilet seat was not cleaned when I checked-in & had dry feces.
The microwave was filthy & had mold.
