Newly updated interior of room, fresh paint, new flooring, updated bathroom fixtures. Very comfortable bed and fresh linens. Breakfast included was well stocked with many options. Would 10/10 recommend.

The manager is friendly! Although I arrived a bit earlier after flying for 20 hours, they allowed me to enter the room in 1pm and introduced me with restaurants!

So glad I stayed here for an early morning flight out of SYR. Airport shuttle more convenient and cheaper than airport parking. Hotel is very clean, quiet. Food in restaurant/bar very good. I highly recommend this placevand will usevit again with early flights

What a great stay. This is a perfect place for a family I need to stay. The breakfast is excellent. The facilities were very clean. The front desk service was phenomenal. Paris, in particular, was so helpful when we checked in. The crib that we got for our child was a beautiful wooden crib that was very easy to set up.

The place is your standard hotel. My only complaint was that I rented a room from their to go to the airport at 3:30am and the person they put as my neighbor was up late making noise with company as I was trying to sleep.

When I arrived after 10 PM, I realized that I had forgotten the distilled water that a CPAP requires. I would have had to get in the car, drive to a grocery store and buy more after 10PM and a long day of work nearby.
It would have been fantastic if the hotel had a small stockpile of distilled water for sale. Something you never think of.
It would have been great to have had some options for creamers for the coffee in-room first thing. There were flavored creamers, but personally, I like mine straight up half-n-half, or creamers unflavored.
The room was great. The Staff very helpful in answering a couple of questions that I had. I am in the area often, and this was my first time staying at this property, but I will stay again.
