We had a very relaxing and comfortable three nights at this Premier Inn. It was quiet, the bed was lovely, the room had ample space and it was very handy for us to see nearby family and friends. We wanted a simple, straightforward base, that was good value, and it was next to a very good pub, where we had our breakfast as well. We'd recommend it.

I’ve stayed in lots of Premier Inns and this was by far the poorest regarding state of repair and I paid the same as the much newer one half a mile away. The breakfast was at a pub across the car park which was stones and flooded in parts. The choice for continental was poor and didn’t look fresh. There was one staff on duty who was rude and of the opinion he didn’t want us there. He started clearing the offerings away before we had even got our hot drinks or should I say warm drinks. The hot water flasks hadn’t been replenished for sometime.

Andy on reception was brilliant. Helpful and friendly. Stayed in a lot of Premier Inns for work and they’ve been really good but the level of customer service today was the best ever. Thanks Andy for confirming my room number on multiple occasions.

I stay at the Premiere Inn quite a lot as I work in the area. I stayed on 7th March and Andy on reception remembered me from my previous stay the week before. I had worked quite late and after chatting to Andy about what I do, he left me a little gift on my 7th March stay, with a lovely note, showing appreciation for the work I do. It was really sweet, and it was great that Andy and the staff remember me. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and it makes my travel a bit easier knowing I feel comfortable and looked after whenever I stay here. Thank you!

I came for only a night to pass an exam at a centre next door. I picked the closest hotel. I worked many years in the hotel management business and I can say from experience that the bed was so comfortable to me. I slept in many 4 and 5 stars hotels and I never slept better in a hotel than this one, the mattress, cover and the pillow were excellent for my back. Also the room was really clean and all the basics that we need for a night. The staff were very helpful, thank you to Andy for the service. Also the staff of the day from reception to maintenance were very nice! I will definitely come back when I'm back in the area. Thank you. :) PS : Hello from Denmark :)

Lovely rooms and great stay. Would book again if ever in the area😁 Receptionists were lovely and welcoming. Free parking which is a plus and is very spacious and big. Check in was simple and easy-going. I always visit Premier Inns so is up to standard as usual.

Staff are lovely hotel and room are very very clean the signal for EE is extremely bad which is not the hotels fault just a heads up for anyone looking to stay the wifi is super slow and you have to pay extra for faster wifi which I believe an all round faster wifi should be provided for free as most hotels provide this

Stayed her for one night,as I was attending a wedding near by. Excellent room, comfortable and clean. Great bathroom facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much to Andy in particular who was so kind enough to post back my phone charger that I accidentally left behind!

We had a 2 night stay here and had my elderly father in law in our party (4 rooms in total) and Jenny that I spoke to on the phone before we arrived had organised that his room was right next to mine/hubby's. When we arrived, Andy on reception, was fully aware of the request and assisted us with check in and directions to the rooms pointing out the lift for use. Andy was always very helpful and cheerful when we saw him whilst coming and going - a real pleasure to deal with and an asset to the hotel. The nearby pub was good for breakfast and we had one evening meal there for 7 of us. The food was lovely and the service great with plenty of choice and good value for money.
