Premier Inn St. Neots (A1/Wyboston)

An amazing stay. Welcoming staff. Very clean and bed so comfy. Best night sleep. Breakfast was very good and everything perfect.

Good budget hotel. Room and hotel in general was clean. Lots of parking spaces. Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out processes. Close to pubs and shops.

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The room extremely clean. The whole experience was full premier inn with all the comfort; with Andy the staff member going above and beyond, this gave the hotel the personal touch of a boutique hotel. Also another staff member Diane, nothing was too much trouble, both are a great asset to Premier Inn.

Great parking and wonderful reception from Andy. Arrived early and just wanted to register the car for the carpark as you normally do at Premier. Andy said our room was ready and we were welcome to book in. He explained perfectly about room cleaning etc and where extra supplies of tea etc where. He explained where to go for the pub across the carpark and their times of service. The room (12) was lovely and quiet and clean. My partner had great conversations in the evening about football with Andy and he really enjoyed them. Andy came to my rescue when one of my suckered bags lost its vacuum and exploded in my suitcase lol. He kindly found a hoover to collapse it again. Each evening saw him providing service to several guests who needed items above and beyond. If it wasn't for needing to move on we would've stayed longer. All in all a great experience

Excellent receptionist staff, very welcoming and very friendly. I was initially nervous after seeing other reviews, but this place has been very good for my stay whilst I am on training.

Arrived at 2pm Sunday went to bar and asked for a food menu and asked what is the procedure ordered a beer which started pouring the wrong one. Asked me if I got allergy’s and how many people just one I said you have to sit in bar area. The restaurant was quite load of tables empty. Ordered my meal trio of meats with extra side cauliflower cheese. 35 minutes later the meal arrived asked for mint and cranberry with another jug of gravy as one wasn’t enough. Started eating meal the beef was tough spat out and put in napkin and other meats cold also the vegetables and Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes even the gravy was lukewarm. I’m not sure what item I eat but my mouth is burning as if item had chilli in it. At this point there was no staff around to mention so I left. This is first time since refurbishment never again.
