Premier Inn St. Neots (Colmworth Park)

I tried to search for reviews on this hotel and found ones from 2016!! Some recent ones were very hard to find. The hotel is dated, old and smelly. Cobwebs everywhere and i have stayed in better YMCA's in my younger days. The wifi was the worse i have ever come across. Plugs are out of reach no USB!! I even heard staff complaining about shifts being cut. I can see why!! It lets the brand down. With holes in the wall dirty carpets. No wardrobe space. The photos are actually taken many many years ago!! The hotel needs a complete overhaul. The showers have no pressure the bathrooms are unclean and unsanitary. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Perfect breakfast and sleep we were very impressed. Nice pub attached to the building. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful clean and quiet stay . Parking was free and easy to fine a space .

Spoiled a good overall experience by turning it into a freezing nightmare. Staff were happy to resolve but could not because already paid for breakfast which manager was going to refund. I would hope the experience is not repeated for someone else. Simple thing of checking heating is working ok and room warm before arrival would have mernt no complaint.

The hotel reception staff are unfailingly helpful, welcoming & friendly. The hotel itself could do with a refurb. It generally smells a bit musty in the rooms & the general state of repair isn't great. But it's reasonably priced & ok for a night or two. Avoid eating in the restaurant though. It's poorly run (not the fault of the younger staff - they lack leadership & training). Premier Inn need to rethink the way they attach themselves to restaurants. Both hotel premises in St. Neots / Eaton Socon suffer because they are attached to poor quality eateries.

As expected the room was clean and tidy all the appliances worked as they should and was pleased that we had a bath as well as a shower. The food in the restaurant was very nice and served hot by friendly staff.

The whole hotel needs a new coat of paint and carpets but our room was very tired looking, had a stale smell and the bathroom fittings had black mould. The room was also hot and has no aircon. Oh and at 3am on each night we woke to the sounds of a car meet in the carpark across the road drag racing and doing doughnuts!

average premier inn. room was ok, ,but i do feel the bathroom needs some attention as it was looking a bit tired paint peeling of woodwork etc. check in staff very pleasant and efficient, we paid for the meal deal dinner was ok but service rather slow, Breakfast was cooked to order and very nice and the staff at breakfast were very efficient and polite.

My husband and stayed here over the Christmas period The hotel and staff was brilliant. Ricky kept our room spotless, Raj was always friendly and helpful. A huge thankyou to Diana who looked after me in the mornings (5pm) she was so friendly made me feel so welcome We shall definitely be returning
