On vous réveille à 9 h 30 pour vous dire il faut libéré la chambre à 10 h00 et quand vous lui faites voir la réservation à la gouvernante et vous dit c’est pas moi c’est la direction et mon voisin pallier apparemment elle le connaît car elle lui demander à quelle heure il souhaite partir il lui répondu à 14 h donc je suis furieuse et sur ma réservation y’a marqué vous quitter la chambre à 11 h30 et la au moment où je vous parle elle discute avec la femme de ménage en disant elle bouge toujours pas non mais franchement

This hotel gives the impression of being abandoned. Staff at the reception, doubts about cleaning and cleanliness, strong smell of cigarettes.. I do not recommend it for a family. I have nothing to add

Chambre sale, hôtel dégradé en général, salle de bain sale, literie très inconfortable, odeur désagréable... A fuir absolument. Même si le personnel est polie la qualité de l'hôtel en général est vraiment médiocre.

je recommande l'établissement, personnel très accueillant et disponible. Chambre assez spacieuse, assez bon équipement, petit déjeuner correct, chambre assez bien isolé même la fenêtre ouverte (5e etage).

Voir mes précédents commentaires car l'ensemble de votre établissement est peu entretenu aussi bien la chambre housse de couette avec trous+ double rideau sale et troué+ volet ne fonctionne pas, que la salle de bains a revoir etc....

Affreux sale bruyant , le personnel fait de son mieux mais l’hôtel est délabré , c’est en réalité devenu un hôtel social, ça sent mauvais , on y croise des sdf , des personnes en grandes détresse visiblement. Inimaginable de proposer des chambres de tourisme dans ce type d’hôtel

Un hôtel assez agréable d’y séjourner et je le recommande à d’autres. Personnel sympathique et quelques petites améliorations à faire au niveau chauffage et ajouter des brosses à dents et pattes dentifrice. Manque aussi un seaux pour poubelle. Le quartier est agréable et facile d’accès.
