The staff was super nice and helpful. There was an issue with checkin, but the front desk person contacted her manager at 11pm and figured it out. Beds were very comfortable as well and the pool and hot tub were nice. We will stay here again!

The service was excellent. The gentlemen checking us in was friendly and helpful, and another gentlemen managing the breafast area named James was very helpful and exceptionally kind. We will stay here again in the future.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the morning breakfast was good but the condition of the hotel overall and especially the tile on our bathroom floor could certainly see some improvement. Lots of cracked tile on the floor and grout missing. The building needs a bit of love.

Our stay was an unplanned trip. Front desk staff was amazing and friendly. Everything was clean. Hot tub was broken/cold. They did fix it, but I didn't get to enjoy it. There was a water charge on my account but I called and they said they would remove it. Breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower. Would definitely stay here again. Great value.

Very clean and updated. The front desk was very helpful when we asked for 2 rooms next to each other. Told us where there was a good restaurant close by. The breakfast area was very crowded at 8am so we waited a half hour and came back and the crowd was gone.

The cleaning staff just could not bring themselves to clean my room. The desk clerk finally had to come up and "refresh" the room on my third night. The room had a bad moldy smell. I have stayed at other Fairfields before and always enjoyed my stay, but this wasn't their finest moment, for sure. The desk staff were great!

This hotel is the epitome of don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside is in need of updates but when you come in it’s very clean and well maintained. Looks recently updated inside. The staff were all very friendly. Basic hotel but has everything you need.
