Das Hotel hat für ein 4 Sterne Hotel in der Größe noch Luft nach oben, was die Zimmer angeht, die Einrichtung mit Teppichen und Badewanne zum Duschen ist sehr veraltet. Zudem ist es auch sehr hellhörig, wir waren im Komfortzimmer in der 3. Etage und es war ein Durchgangsflur. Die drei kleinen Saunen innen und die minimal größere Sauna außen sind für die Größe des Hotels viel zu klein und auch der Pool ist zu klein zum schwimmen. Wir hatten nur Frühstück und das war spitze Das Personal war professionell und super freundlich im gesamten Servicebereich. Besonderes hervorzuheben ist der Paulina an der Bar, immer ein Lächeln und auch Silvester alles im Griff. Die Lösung mit Silvester in der Bar inklusive Getränke und Häppchen (war ein tolles Buffet und super lecker auch für Vegetarier!) Silvester hat uns besonders gut die Lasershow draußen gefallen, war ein sehr schöner Jahresabschluss. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption machten manchmal einen überforderten bzw. hilflosen Eindruck. Unser Wlan funktionierte auf unserem Zimmerin der 3. Etage überhaupt nicht (war wohl auch bekannt) eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns dann auf mehrmaligem Nachfragen ein Tablett zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch musste ich mehrmals sowohl im Wellnessbereich auch an der Rezeption nachfragen wo der Yogakurs stattfindet. Das könnte man für die Gäste anders lösen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Quellenwanderung an Silvester, super informativ von der Wanderführerin, nur zu empfehlen. Parkplatzprobleme wir einige Bewertungen schreiben auf dem Hotelparkplatz hatten wir gar nicht.

This is one of the most impressive locations if you are after a quiet place with a view. It is off the beaten track yet very close to the motorway and easy to get to. The facilities themselves are exceptionally good and the staff were extremely accommodating. We stayed at the hotel 1/3 of a way to our destination. The place exceeded our expectation. The only thing that could top it all is if there was a sauna or a swimming pool.
