This is a WONDERFUL B&B. The owners are welcoming and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, great Scottish Breakfast! We were given extra to take with us for the day. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom lovely and all around GREAT start to our Scottish vacation!

We loved our stay at this B&B! Lynne and Rob were amazing and so welcoming. From the fantastic breakfast to the two types of whiskey available to try to the comfortable beds we had no complaints. We were given instructions on how to get to the B&B from downtown (bus 26) and they even let us check in early. They also gave great recommendations of places to eat and tours to take. If I am back in Edinburgh, I will definitely try to stay here again.
