We booked direct to stay here at Easter 2020. Obviously we couldn’t due to the pandemic. Owner would not refund us but said we could rebook which was fine by us as we wanted to visit the city when allowed. Since then, nothing. No one answering the phone, replying to emails, letters. Nothing. TODD HETHERINGTON, you owe me £256! The same bloke was having midnight (no doubt whiskey fuelled) rants on Facebook criticising *********** for refunding customers who booked through them without his ‘permission’. Ranting about how they didn’t give him a chance to build up a ‘relationship’ with his customers. How laughable! Looks like I’m not the only person who has lost out to this thieving git! I hope you have lost everything. Your home, business. The lot!
