5/5PerfectClean room and good service. Allows luggage storage for free before check-in time and online customer service response was pretty timely. Perfect location to explore around the city and very close to the coach station

3/5The rooms are spotless but there is lots of undesirables hanging about outside and thru the corridors of hotel ambulance turned up for a drunk drugged man to find out he actually sydys there at hotel and regularly calls ambulance left drugs debri on steps of hotel so never will I stay there again if wasn't for clean room wud give nil

5/5PerfectThe hotel is only ten minutes away from the bus station. The location is great. The receptionist is very kind. The room is big and the heating intensity is acceptable. The water column in the bathroom is big enough and hot enough. It's great!
