5/5PerfectCheckin was quick but really annoyed hat the hotel’s car park was full and I had to go and park elsewhere costing £5 more that at the hotel. However, the room was very nice and comfortable and the kitchenette came in very useful. We were on the 5th floor and there was a lift. I was also pleased that the room had an air conditioner as the day was hot. The bathroom was also clean and of a high standard. I would recommend this hotel as it’s just off the Royal Mile and about a three minute walk to Holyrood palace. However, be prepared to park about somewhere else though it’s about three minutes away.

5/5PerfectThe location is very convenient, very close to the station. There are also apartments next to it, the surrounding environment is very good Going out is the main road, surrounded by shops, which is very suitable for shopping

4.5/5ExcellentAll good. Love the facilities. Chose this aparthotel because of the washer and dryer as we were on the 10 days road trip. No parking available so we parked somewhere else. When checking in they required £15 deposit so I swiped my Bigpay debit card and was informed that they will reimburse back. Noticed after few days they haven't reimbursed my debit, called them twice they asked me to wait 8 days! 8 days passed until I'm back in my country, still no reimbursement. I will proceed with emails and seek help with Trip.com. The staffs seem cannot answer to my request upon the reimbursement 😞
