Edinburgh Aparthotel

Had the pleasure of staying at these wonderful apartments while on business in Edinburgh. The apartments are situated in Edinburgh close to the playhouse theatre Leith dock and the royal yacht exhibition. With a village vibe the area has lots of cafes and bars, walking is easy as long as you don’t mind a few sloping streets. The apartments are a revaluation, very modern with lounge and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, the bedrooms are super comfortable with walk in shower. The staff. Without doubt amongst the friendliest people I have met, nothing is too much trouble. Lifts are available and I think wheelchair access is possible. If you’re looking for accommodation for a holiday or business please give this property a look, but be quick I intend on using this property every time we visit Edinburgh.

stayed here for the first time 20th july for 2 nights, apartments are spotless, have everything you could possibly need and were in a great location! 2 adults 3 kids easy access by bus into city centre in 10 mins. would come back in a heartbeat - thanks Canon Court its been a blast!

We checked in for a long-term stay and the Canon Court team made us feel right at home. The apartment is also very spacious and being on the second floor one has a nice view of the surrounding building. The rooms are clean and beautifully furnished and it is equipped with everything one requires. It is also in a prime location, making it easy to walk to where you need to be. I will highly recommend booking with them on your next trip to Edinburgh.

We booked in January for August 2023. On April 2 our reservation was cancelled. The reason they gave us: Our system declined your card automatically and reservations was cancelled. apologise for the inconvenience. There was no trouble with my credit card as I had used it the same morning and it would have been valid for almost another month. I added my new card but they did not accept it. In the first email I was told that I would have 24 hours to solve the problem, but the hotel cancelled our reservation after 5 hours. I sincerely do not believe that the card was the issue as I had read a few of the other comments on Google. Other customers had the same bad experience. Cancellation seems to happen at that hotel more often than at others.

Cancelled our fring trip to make room for a "large corporate client having extended their stay" leaving us scrambling for a place to stay, cool stuff. Seems far more likely they've realised they haven't hiked their fringe prices sufficiently and would rather cancel than honour their existing bookings, but what do I know?

Let our booking sit for a few months and then cancelled it in favour of a "large corporate client". Booking was for Fringe month too so of course all prices everywhere else have gone up. I suppose our money isn't good enough for them. Offered us a "good will" voucher for booking with them again which we absolutely will not be doing. Utter joke.
