Lovely stay, really nice location where you can walk to all sceneries nearby in ten minutes. Spotless clean.

The apartment was perfect spotless clean and close to the city center and tram stop. However, we book via Trip.com and they did't give us a pin to access the property, luckily their office is still operate and we manage to get in at the end.

The overall facilities are good, and it is close to the main scenic spots. The kitchen has basic facilities. There is a laundry room, which is suitable for large families or 2 couples traveling together.

We stayed for five days without any cleaning. The trash can smelled bad because there was food in it. No one answered the customer service line. Bad review!

The location is very good. Edinburgh also has many small, old hotels in the city, and even considering that it was the off-season, I think it was a very cost-effective choice. Even though I arrived earlier than the check-in time, the office kindly checked to see if early check-in was possible and even kept my luggage. I intend to use it again next time.
