Very very satisfied. Location. I like this. Although not in the middle of the city, but its very easy to go there by bus and stop at commonwealth pool. There are 2 entrance via holyrood park rd and Dalkeith rd. To go there with luggage, after bus stop. Walk to Holyrood park rd and entrance via main entrance. You will see the reception centre.

Excellent accommodation for such a reasonable price. Breakfast was superb and freshly made.

Great location. It is good choice for people stay in London for short time.

The food was great. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The traffic was convenient. But the room was a bit noisy. This is because the door was too heavy so at night and in the morning you would hear “bang”, “bang”, “bang” over and over again, which disturbed my sleep.

I love the university vibe, the price is also very reasonable. It has some distance to the main tourist area like the Royal Mile, but there are bus that you can take to the University. As it is a university, there are very limited amenities inside the room so please make sure to bring your own, however the breakfast provided is a buffet in the university cafetaria which has so many options for you to enjoy. Recomended for people who enjoys an affordable stay and nice environment and don’t really mind some distance from the main tourist attractions.

Absolutely a great place to stay. The breakfast is awesome. A lot of choices to have. Will recommend to others!

Staff are nice, hotel location isn’t difficult to find, breakfast is better than expected, yet there are some dirt on the bed, no one clean the room in my entire 3 days living, no vending machine,  the kettle is mold, so I can’t get any drink when I am thirsty

Well located easy to get to and from city centre. Quiet and clean breakfast was excellent.

We largely had everything we needed for a comfortable and satisfying stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The location is 1 bus ride from the city center. No shampoos were provided, but there was a bodywash. There were towels, instant coffees, and water heater. There were no bedroom slippers, and the room heater did not really function well during our stay. It was June but the cold was quite bothersome. Also, I availed the room (with own toilet) that included breakfast yet I was not able to try it due to our early schedule (tour and flight). Breakfast was served at 7:30am, a bit late. We asked the reception if we can avail a free dinner instead but she said it's not feasible. I felt like I wasted my money for the 2 breakfasts that I availed. Sad.

Good service and standard breakfast. Can’t expect more for such price. Reception staff were very helpful.
