Lack of maintenance very evident. Bathroom door top hinge almost completely unscrewed, door closer and careful opening all that prevented door from falling. Water stains on poorly repaired bottom of inside door. Shower area base of wall stained. No lip on shower floor to prevent water splashing on remainder of floor as no shower screen or door. Small and thin towels. Positives were: young fellow assisted with carrying luggage up the stairs. Quiet area at night. Room was clean.
