房間床單明顯沒有更換乾淨的，還有頭髮在上面，床單也是黑的。谷歌地圖導航地址也是錯的，酒店寫的門牌號是62，實際是64號，找房子找了1個小時。房子是老式的英國單元樓，比較陳舊，也不太乾淨，馬桶，洗澡設施陳舊。對攜程客服表達感謝，一直幫忙尋找，應答秒回，不然更加難受。唯一便利的是公寓位置。
