Reviews of Sheraton Edison

I had reserved and fully prepaid accommodation for a two-week period. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen changes in my travel plans, I was compelled to check out after one week of stay. Given that the remaining week of my reservation was not utilized, I kindly request a refund for the unused period. I understand that reservations are subject to hotel policies; however, I respectfully ask you to review my case and consider a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

It was amazing stay with them. We enjoy each and every moment. The ambience of the hotel was incredible. Staff very nice polite and welcoming. Highly recommended. Area was very pleasant. Every service was excellent 👍👍👌👌✨✨

Pool was closed :( The Café was closed as well and there wasn't much in the area. It was very clean

The hotel is well placed but the service is late and the cleaners don’t speak English so it’s hard to converse with them .and we have to asked them when they have to clean so it’s kind of weird

Well located with quick access to major roads. Rooms are compact but convenient and well designed. Nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast with excellent variety. Parking is free.

Bad experience! The toilet can’t flushed! And no body help . But finally change room but it take almost 2 hours communication!

Good, everything is fine for this price. A simple breakfast would be good enough.

The hotel's exterior is dated, but the interior seems to have been recently renovated and is still quite new. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very pleasant stay. The double bed was a bit small, at 1.35 meters.

The Chinese food in Edison is very delicious, so I always stay here every time I come to New Jersey. It's my first time staying at Sheraton. The black guy at the front desk was not very good, but the breakfast was good.

I stayed here for four nights and was very grateful for the daily cleaning! I was late in checking in, but the front desk staff handled it quickly. I would like to stay here again if I come again.
