Great service and wonderful people

A very nice hotel Upscale and totally worth it Plenty of parking However it lost a star for breakfast - when you buy breakfast during booking they give you a coupon for 30$ and when you get to the breakfast place you find out that they have airport prices with a burrito costing $14 and coffee $7 with a cup half empty , that’s ridiculous !!! They make you pay extra when you go over 30$ although you already paid extra for breakfast when you booked and trust me it’s as easy to go over the $30 limit here as it is in an expensive restaurant Also , the only meat available is Bacon or Pork , no choice of lamb or beef , I am Jewish and this is inconsiderate and insulting Basically , the breakfast kills the whole experience and if you don’t care about that then the hotel experience is very good

The roof in my bathroom was leaking on my head while me and my children tried to shower but couldn’t and it was leaking through the light that was in the bathroom. It was sickening and had mold in the bathroom. I went downstairs to complain and they did nothing but were rude an argued and said this happens sometimes and I said then you should let ppl know or close the roof down. And I have recorded the whole thing. I want my money back .
