Best Western Cedar Park Inn

Really good experience for staying 3nights, nice staffs, price and location, recommend for family. Will book again.

It was ok

-35° outside and lobby and hallways were maybe 10°. Onsite restaurant closed permanently but still advertised that it was open on ******* and at the hotel. Employee was vaccuming outside our room for an hour until 9pm. Seemed like an ok location but would not stay again.

Stayed at this location multiple times at various times of year and have never seen the pool operational

I found out when checking in that the pool was not in operation. The General Manager told me that I would not get charged/get a refund and to book another hotel. Today when checking my credit card statement, I was charged the amount. I wouldn’t trust this hotel!

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was closed. Complementary breakfast did not start until 7:30 AM. Too late for business travel. Thermostat did not seem to function properly. Lowered to 19, room temperature did not change from 22.5. Turned AC on and fan high, but the heat kept the room at 22.5. Glad I brought my own fan.

Hotel room was very hot, we tried ac and it sort of cooled down but not much. Multiple large heaters were blasting in other rooms. We inquired with staff why there were heaters blasting in other rooms in our hallway and they said they didn’t know. The day after I woke up with multiple bites all in a line, red itchy. Textbook bedbug bites. As I was reading about bedbugs and how to prevent spreading it said bedbugs are treated with a combination of chemicals and heat. Which made me think the hotel had a bedbug problem they were aware of and trying to fix, but when I asked them they again denied knowing anything about any bedbugs or treatment. I told them I had gotten a ton of bites and was sure they were bedbugs. I was told by hotel staff that other people had stayed in my room and hadn’t seen any bugs but they would look into it. I didn’t appreciate feeling like the hotel was dishonest about this problem and I’m not sure how much accountability they are really taking for exposing me and my family including my 3month old baby to bedbugs. It was a big stressor we didn’t need heading into the holidays staying at the home of relatives wondering if we were contaminating their home. I won’t be staying here again. Bedbugs happen in all sorts of hotels but I would have appreciated a disclosure so i could have taken measures to assess the room and protect myself or choosen a different hotel. I will never assume there aren’t bedbugs in a hotel ever again.

The hotel has the best location. The breakfast was excellent. The only pity was that the pool was closed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.
