Clean, comfortable, spacious.Kitchen is well stocked with anything.

The hotel is ideally located to locations for downtown Edmonton and West Edmonton. The breakfast choice is very good for this standard of hotel. The rooms are spacious and general facilities are good such as gym and pool. There is no bar or food lounge but there are lots of restaurants nearby. What lets it down is that it is quite dated and looking a little wornout/tired. To some degree it is starting to look more Motel than Hotel and impressions are really important. In my view the rooms are in need of a modern renovation. Despite that I would stay again. I dont think it deserves the rating that it has on Trip.com and would put it at 7.5/10.

This is a fantastic place! The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. Plus, the environment is great! Btw, it’s close to the WEM.

Accomodating and friendly

One word says it all, DIRTY!

It's clean and has a lot of space. It's enough to open all the suitcases. The only downside was that the shower gel was empty when we checked in. Since it was late at night, no one from customer service answered the phone. In addition, the sound insulation is not perfect but it is acceptable. You may need to wear earplugs to sleep.
