We stayed here for our 15-year anniversary. It was a wonderful experience. Fred from guest services went above and beyond to help with a request to surprise my husband. All the staff were amazing - extremely, helpful and kind. It wasn’t a busy time so they were able to upgrade our room and brought us a bottle of champagne. We went to Alchemy where we had great drinks and excellent service.
