The front desk service is perfunctory and the face smells bad. The hotel facilities are useless and the swimming pool is dirty.

It is very close to the expressway, and it is very convenient to get on and off the road. The room facilities are a bit outdated, but still quite clean. There is only one elevator and the wait time is long in the morning.

I took a tri to Ottawa to see family. I stayed at this property on Jan. 8th going and Jan. 18th coming back. On my return I was disappointed that I was not able to park in a handicapped parking because non handicapped customers had taken the spots. I therefore parked in the closest spot I could which was Tesla charging spot. I advised the front desk clerk but later that evening was asked to move to make room for electric cars. I was upset that EV cars took priority over handicapped customers. Also, why do EV cars get free charging? You don't provide free gasoline or desel fuel.
Second issue is the heating system in the rooms turns on and off all night waking me with the noise of the fan next to the bed.

First impression was great. Loved the hotel, love the pet friendly option. Went to bed at 9h30 because we had to travel early in the morning, but there was a bunch of kids who were running and screeming in the hallway, and the hotel staff didn't do anything. I got out twice to ask them politely to quiet down, then went to the front desk and the clerk didn't care. They screemed until pass 1h30 am. We did not sleep at all. Not only did we not enjoyed our stay, but I'd like to make a formal complaint about the lady clerk who was managing/working at front desk that night, who did nothing to help us and manage the situation.

We enjoyed our first stay on the way to Quebec but were disappointed on our return on New Year's eve. It had snowed and the entranceway was icy - no salt was laid down. Then the back entrance had no ramp for bringing in the luggage.
We had brought food to be reheated in the microwave but there was no microwave in the room, despite it being listed. Finally, the fridge was leaking water and running continuously. Yes, I should have called the desk but it was late and we didn't want the rigamarole of having a service person in the room.

Rooms are nicely renovated. Lots of noise between floors though. TV is impressive size but internet TV is very patchy.

We took the opportunity to stay in order to accommodate traveling family for the holidays. We had plenty of room for everyone, our food and even our little holiday tree.
