Moath gave us excellent service! Every time we went to the food hall he gave us a big smile and helping hand. The food at the Americana was delicious!! Way better than we expected. Overall our vacation was very enjoyable- filled with sun by the (clean!) pool, friendly and helpful staff, and very tasty food.

I had an excellent stay at the Americana Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore and get around. What really stood out to me was the staff’s friendliness and professionalism—they truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home - Muad and Anas!

Such an amazing hotel. I have been in most hotels with high rating in Eilat. Americana is one of the best if you searching for simple hotel. You can find nice rooms with shower. Balcony. Cable tv. AC. The pool is big and not crowded. Dining room is fine. Not big variety of food but you can have simple breakfast and go to explore the city. Very recommended. I can say the best value to cost hotel in Eilat.

Staff here is really awesome. You can see here that people really like what they do. They always willing to help. Rooms were really clean. Hotel itself is a bit oldstyle, but if you not staying in hotel anyway so much. Beds really clean and good. Quality for your money. Only like 5minutes walk from beach. Really great location. Ice mall nearby.
