Overall my experience is good with this hotel but I face one issue someone open my room door and than he suddenly close I don’t how someone open digital lock

There are a lot of bedbugs in the hotel. They bit my face, arms and legs. We didn't even notice them during the day. But we couldn't sleep at night. The administrator refused to help us.I do not recommend booking at this hotel!

Response from Property: We are totally surprised by this situation and find it extremely annoying for you. It is a problem that often occurs within the hotel industry and we invest heavily in prevention. However, it can never be prevented that guests bring these bugs themselves from other hotels without knowing about it. We apologise that our employee did not help you sufficiently. This really should have been done differently. We have since compensated you. For your information, your room was completely stripped and treated by a specialist company on the same day and is expected to be ready for rental again. The night receptionist was amazing, super helpful at check in and very friendly. All the staff was amazing and our stay was really pleasant. Thanks so much

Small property without onsite breakfast restaurant. A bit far from station. 24 hour reception. Good for late arrival.
