Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Jagershorst-Eindhoven

"During my recent stay at your hotel, I encountered several issues that don't align with the quality and service I've come to expect from Fletcher. Upon entering my room, I found that none of the lights were working. When I reported this to the front desk, they initially doubted my claim. It was only after someone accompanied me to the room that they confirmed the fuse box had tripped. This was resolved, but it's something that should have been checked beforehand. Later that evening, I discovered that the bathroom lighting was only partially functional. As it was late, I didn't report it and went to sleep. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable (it sagged significantly), which negatively impacted my night's rest. The next morning, in daylight, I noticed that the shower wasn't clean and still had hair from previous guests. Due to time constraints, I couldn't use it and had to wash up at the sink instead. When checking out, I mentioned these issues. The only response I received was: "I'll pass it on." I find this to be a very brief and insufficient response to multiple serious shortcomings."

"Location of the hotel is great. In the center of Eindhoven but still nice and quiet. Rooms are big but we do rented the Penthouse. Airconditioning was working perfectly during the hot days we were there."

Hotel la Reine

"Upon arrival, there was one at reception, and the number left as a contact was not in service. When someone did show up I checked in to pretty average room, dirty floor and no double bed as requested, two twins beds shoved together... the windows had the handles removed so guests can not open the windows.. zero fresh air throughout my stay was not healthy at all... outside the hotel was a full on building site and workmen laying bricks and using machinery... this would edging at 7 am in the morning and would be loud for most of the day... even entering the hotel was a nightmare as you had to navigate through workmen and machinery... very disappointed and will not use la reine anymore."

"Nice setting tucked away in the trees. Basically a conference location but rooms are comfortable and clean. A lot of quirky art dotted around. Breakfast was fine, good quality products Good place for an overnight base to explore the surroundings."
