Very poor bedding. No sound insulation. With the windows closed, we couldn't sleep all night. I don't recommend it."

"The hotel is super clean. Very simple and basic but we have been good. There is no elevator. Breakfast is brought to your table and is a bit simple but can be repeated. There is a variety of sweet and salty. The worst thing was the almost non-existent pillow. Very friendly staff."

"Excellent apartments. For example 311, which does not face the hotel street. Very quiet, well soundproofed and complete, kitchen, air conditioning, etc. The hotel food is very good. But if you want to do half board, it is prepared, oven, kitchen, microwave, etc. The hotel's reservation management and reception are impeccable. Very good animation and they put a lot of effort into it. Correct pool area. Finally, note that it was absolutely clean. I usually go to apartments like this throughout Spain, and it is the first time that the cleaning upon arrival has been perfect. And daily cleaning too. This is one of the points for which I will return, without a doubt. My congratulations to the apartment girls."

"This is a joke wee were there may for 4 nights but 3 days we cdnt yuse our toilet was flooded reported it last night was unavailable as they striped the seat we reported it to jet to theve got back to us saying the hotel fixed it and they moved us into another room total lies we never even got a apoligy so am taking legal advice regarding this total lies and total embarasing if they dont fix this and appoligis al never use jet 2 again neverbe back at that hotel again total embarasment"

"The hotel doesn't provide a quilt, just a thin, silky sheet. It was very stuffy without the air conditioning, and very cold with it, with no heat. The sanitation and decor were also very poor. The breakfast coffee was good, but there were only two waiters, who had to run all the way to get the food and clean it up. For a stay of over 2,200, there were no other hotels nearby. Otherwise, I would have changed hotels. I didn't sleep all night and was freezing. The front desk girl was very rude."

The kindness and professionalism of its employees, especially Marisa and Jordi, are worth highlighting. I had a setback, since I forgot an object after my return home, and Jordi called me by phone to let me know, collaborating to my full satisfaction with the shipping agency that I sent to the Hotel Sant Jordi. It is a hotel that deserves a 5 star rating from me. I will be back!."

"Was a bit skeptical after reading other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised, we had 2 x 1 bedroom Apartments overlooking the sea, yes the decor in the rooms is a bit dated but it was very clean,all the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool is freezing but the sea was quite warm , the jacuzzi is lovely but again cold, we stayed for 11 nights would go back again, reception staff are great, WiFi is a bit hit and miss , try the India restaurant a little walk up such nice food also the Greek restaurant which we found by chance, we caught the bus just outside the hotel to salou,tarragona and cambrillis €2 each, the Spanish bar under our room was great, good food friendly staff and the rugby tavern. The beach was literally in front of us nice and clean beach."

"Hotel location is great right in the centre we could see the sea/marina from our room 301 good balcony had the sun, opposite was a couple of bars but did not find it a problem its not BENIDORM just usual bar chatter/noise. We arrived around 1.30 receptionist said room not ready until 3 but that is normal hotel check in time you do have late check out on day of departure of 12 so cannot have both ways, there is somewhere to leave cases so no problem. We did half board food is a mix of nationalities can not imagine you could not like something on offer with grills fish meats fantastic salad bar pasta pizza, deserts to die for staff in the restaurant are lovely always keeping it clean tidy and on hand for drinks. The housekeeping was excellent clean towels bedding changed spot on, lovely lady. It was our 3rd stay and we WILL be back again"

Bad cleaning, I found a cockroach in the room and at 10 am the cleaner opened the door knocking on both rooms without giving them time to warn that we were inside. That is unacceptable"
