I didn't know the location of San Diego, so I checked the price and stayed. It's far and remote, but I'm satisfied with the good environment and facilities while staying in the city.
It was nice with a lot to see and do, and the facilities are excellent

I am completely and totally offended and upset with how me and my husband were treated by the staff of this ****** and hotel. My story is incredibly long, so i will start with a nut shell.
If you have service animals, as we do...DO NOT STAY HERE!
If you are mid 21 to 35 years of age, DO NOT STAY HERE!
If you hate getting questioned and frisked and treated like a criminal like at TSA EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU ENTER... DO NOT STAY HERE!
We stayed two nights and were forced to choose valet or have to park far away to lug our luggage and check in. We brought two service animal and were judged and questioned harrased multiple times a day everyday, when we quietly just waned to walk them. Not one person of staff every smiled, greeted, or did anything even remotely considered good customer service. Its like its the nicest ****** and nicest rooms, with the most miserable staff. Its a shame becuase we live 30 minutes away and were looking for a new place to blow off some steam every once in a while.
We will never return. You probably shouldnt either.

We are actually still here for new years but this hotel is one of my favorites because of its consistencies with cleanliness and quality . The bed is incredible… you don’t see any missed housekeeping areas . It’s truly a standard

I was attending a n Awards Gala and the staff was excellent about accommodation and taking care of me and my stylist.
The view from my room was phenomenal and dinner was excellent.

Everything was clean. Fun bands at night. The ballroom was great. Staff was friendly from the front desk to the shuttle drivers.
