Upon our arrival, we were greeted very warmly. The room was lovely and seemed newly renovated. Every request of the staff was taken care of with a smile. And just a short walk from Main Street. Great water pressure. Breakfast was nice and more than we anticipated. The box lunches for our boat trip were really good.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a hiking tour of Patagonia. It’s just in the edge of town but easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. They gave us the key to someone elses room on checking in (but worrying that we managed to open their door) but wee soon in our own room upstairs. The room was small with twin beds and a small bathroom. It was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was OK with ham, cheese, eggs, etc and they also were able to provide us with a packed lunch for our day at the Perito Moreno glacier.

Comfortable stay. Hotel is within walking distance of El Calafate. Breakfast while mainly continental did have eggs and variety with fruit. Staff were courteous and friendly. Wifi worked and generally was good.

Ramshackle. Multiple bathrooms have broken knobs and water leaks, inedible boxed lunches, laundry back HOURS after stated time, thin walls, shrugging receptionists. Ruined time in El Calafate. Avoid.

It was a nice place to stay as it was clean and the staff was friendly (one women even spoke great English) The room was maybe a bit run down but clean and the bed was comfy and the shower hot I slept well as the hotel was mostly quiet except for a party that was celebrated once of which I could hear the music in my room Breakfast was nice but could have a bit more selection In a few minutes (maybe 10) you can walk into town and enjoy all the shops and restaurants there

Mein Zimmer war nicht das tollste Zimmer, wie ich bei einem Blick in die anderen Zimmer gesehen habe. Es hatte zwei (nicht gleich Hohe) Stufen im Zimmer und war kleiner als die anderen Zimmer. Ansonsten ist es zweckmässig eingerichtet. Leider gibt es eine Disco in der Nähe des Hotels - die bis in die frühen Morgenstunden krach macht. Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Vermutlich würde ich trotzdem ein anderes Hotel wählen, wenn ich wieder in el Calafate bin…

Abbiamo alloggiato 3 notti in questo hotel. Una buona soluzione non in centro, ma raggiungibile comunque a piedi in una decina di minuti. Camere che permettono di muoversi dentro e bagno piuttosto nuovo. Nel complesso pulito. Colazione buona e varia Da consigliare

Esperaba mucho más de esta Hostería, por lo que pagamos creo que habría encontrado algo mucho mejor, llegamos muy tarde y las camas no estaban como lo habíamos solicitado, al otro dia conversando con la mucama, nos dice que desde recepción no les informaron, ademas no era la única habitación con el mismo problema. El baño no tiene ventilacion y las cortinas son solo con blackout, o estas en vitrina o completamente a oscuras, además falta mantenimiento, el closer no tenia tomadores , estaba solo el hoyo. Respecto al desayuno, totalmente básico, cuando llegamos la fruta estaba oscura, y faltaba reposición, y algunas cosas ya se les habían terminado. No volvería a esta hosteria ni la recomendaría.
