I stayed one night in the hotel. It was very far from the city center. Nearby no restaurants in walking distance. Hotel did not provide even bottle of water. Guy on the reception was nice, helpful.

The room was clean, spacious, and tidy. After communicating with the front desk, they upgraded us to a lake-view room for free, where we could sit and watch the sunset all afternoon. The Medialuna breakfast was delicious, and the hotel offers two free shuttle buses daily to the town.

The hotel is well designed, and the restaurant has a great view. It faces the lake, and the view is fantastic. Unfortunately, the internet connection was down throughout our stay, so it was unusable, which was quite a hassle.

Large, stylish rooms with stunning lake views and a decent breakfast. The staff is polite and friendly. Cons: thin walls, you can hear your neighbors very clearly; bring earplugs; the jacuzzi in our room didn't work; and there was no bottled water in the room.

El hotel hernoso , bien ubicado , pero me han robado los datosnpersonales de la tarjeta solicitada por garantía, eso quita todo lo buenos de los demás, también que eran mas de las 11 de la malana cuando llegamos y preguntamos si podíamos desayunar, pagando lógicamente ,pedimos 1 sándwich mixto , y nos trajeron 2 ( no nos quedamos por eso , xq cualquiera puede confundirse ) nos quedamos de que el pan estaba seco y el fiambre fuera de temperatura, cuando me quejo , le digo a la camarera , lo hicieron con lo que ponen en el desayuno ( dado que el pan al.aire después de un tiempo se queda seco y el fiambre pierde temperatura) la camarera m3 reconoce que si , y encima nos cobran 30mil pesos por.los.dos sándwich. Me parece muy mala atención del restaurante utilizar esa mercadería, cuando se esta pagando .

這個酒店其他沒什麼，但是前台實在太折磨客人了。衹要客人名單和預訂時候提供的不一樣，就各種理不清，不讓入住。提前寫郵件給了名單，仍舊説預訂單沒有名字。意思就是説，你定了幾間房，你的最終入住安排和預訂的時候沒對上，你就犯了天條，就不應該辦理。你預訂時候沒有登記名字，就算郵件有，你也不算你就得另外付錢。 客人訂多間房，內部調換名字是犯天條嗎？？我就想問你們前台，一點mini bar的飲料和水，就要客人登記信用卡還要給你Cvv ，誰敢啊？ 讓你扣點按金退房再還也不可以，不給信用卡就要入住前先清空minibar，你這小氣的就不像四星級服務。 入住太糟心了！
