Friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in, the room was decent, good shower pressure, overall a clean (kitchen is a bit messy, but through no fault of the hostel's, it's just the visitors who can be careless at times) & safe hostel + an amazing view from lounge/restaurant/cafeteria area. Very chill vibes & very close to the bus terminal.

Everything is good except that our room “machu picchu’ is too warm in the afternoon

Loved the peace and privacy of couples’ room. Place has heated floors and super warm showers. Breakfast was plentiful, amenities awesome! Kitchen has lots of basic cutlery and plates but really needs some more cooking utensils and pots and pans, but the actual kitchen layout is great, with 3 gas stoves and ovens. Good labelling system for food. Restaurant and bar onsite… terrific options. Evening entertainment while we were there… ace!

We had the most relaxing stay. Everything was perfect, the room, the staff were kind, friendly and helpful and the overall experience there was super.

Clean hostel. The staff is a bit weird but friendly. The window from my room couldnt close and the rooms and by the street so you can hear the cars passing by.

To be honest, the facilities at this hostel are really basic; you can't even sit up straight in the lower bunk, and with so many people staying there, the hygiene isn't great either. But the atmosphere in the common areas is fantastic, and the sunset is so beautiful you won't want to leave. It's a trade-off; it depends on your preference.

Located a short distance from the center, 5 minutes walk. Very comfortable beds, room with private bathroom with very large shower, clean facilities. Large, very nice living room with very nice views to watch the sunset. I would highlight the friendliness of the staff and willingness to help, advise on everything, I give them a 10. Very happy with the stay, I would definitely repeat.
