Everything is good

Great location, the old town with shops and restaurants is within walking distance, the Zeytona beach island is nearby, you can get there by boat or walk 10 minutes, there is a restaurant on this island with a bar. Great breakfasts. Excellent service everywhere, the guys try very hard, and not under pressure, but from the heart. The hotel is, of course, to put it mildly, "tired", it needs renovation, but the efforts of the staff and the location compensate for this))). I will be happy to come back.

Great hotel with great views! Not new, but everything is well maintained. There is a lot of greenery on the territory. Delicious and varied breakfast (even delicious sausage, not cardboard :)) and dinner. Friendly and unobtrusive staff. Downtown is a 5-minute leisurely walk away.

This was our first stay and we will be returning. The lagoon view bungalow was spacious and the view beautiful. The food was good and there was a large choice at all meals. What really makes this hotel is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so friendly. shout outs to our cleaner Ashraf, Hossam who ran the Italian restaurant , Fahd our waiter at breakfast and in the reception bar. Also special shout outs to Muhammed the security man who went out of his way to get us tuk tuks and the best server Ibrahim working in the hub. He was friendly and also professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always checking if we needed anything. He is absolutely exceptional . Yes there is some building work taking place but we did not have any problems with this and it did not disturb us. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will be returning to stay

When we arrived and checked in we were given two rooms which were the wrong rooms as we booked a tripled room bungalow as there were 3 adults in our group we refused these rooms then we were given a bungalow for 2 people not 3 we complained but got no where as the reception staff on duty were quite rood and not helpful but this happens a lot so good luck if you get the accommodation you booked the resort is clean and the gardens well maintained most of the staff are fantastic the main dining room is not big enough for the resort quite a few times it was full on the evening the food is not the best and very little choice and the food was always warm we never had breakfast as this was awful there are no designated smoking areas outside the drinks & cocktails not much choice and were cheap and awful there was major building work going on when we were there and was not told about this before hand this resort could be a fantastic place the management need to make a few changes this is my honest review and we will definitely not be returning

Love Panorama Bungalows El Gouna. My favourite Hotel. Fabulous staff, location, and resort. I have stayed here many times and keep coming back twice a year. For the price, it's a great all-inclusive hotel and offers good value for money. The hotel is being upgraded at present, just a few rooms left, with a jacuzzi on balconies or terrace. This should be finished by the end of March. [It's a shame hotel didn't notify travel companies of the work being done]. Mostly, it didn't bother me as at beach all day. The hotel looks great compared to 10 years ago. There are so many changes, refurbishment, and building of new rooms. The new Salt Spa was opened a while ago. Had a few lovely massages. Lovely Hub bar by pool now, replaced pool bar. Nice snacks all day and evening. Newly opened Italian, Egyptian oriental and Asian restaurants along with the main lagoon restaurant. Italian open at lunch times. Asian and oriental open in evenings. Have to book them. One visit to each included each week. Lovely food overall. No one will go hungry at the hotel. I'm fussy, but there was always something to eat. Staff are always there to give their best service, no one can fault them at all. They serve drinks to you at the pool and the beach. Service and food at the beach are excellent. All inclusive, too, on Panorama Bungalows part of Zeytouna Beach and a complimentary boat to take you there and back, too! What more do you wish for? It's great! l've never known hotel staff to look after everyone so well and remember you every visit. From the check in, to your room to the beach and pool, to the restaurants and lovely food, to the staff and the location, it's 100% and 5 stars from me. Go and enjoy your holiday at Panorama Bungalows and make memories! I will continue to make more of mine. When booking our holiday we wasn’t told about the building work was going When sunbathing tractors were driving a small road in the hotel dumping concrete powder causing lots of dust what was coming over to where we were sunbathing. All over the pool tables and over people.

Excellent resort, great staff, ideal location. Everything was wonderful, except for the unheated pool. The food is good, you can be selective, you have plenty to choose from. Cleanliness in the room, flawless. We will definitely come back when the weather is warmer.

We have just returned from our stay. we were in room 708.  what a wonderful holiday we have had. We have stayed before in 2011 and the improvements and renovations since then are amazing.  All staff including reception staff, waiters, cleaners, gardeners, chefs, maintenance are all friendly, polite and helpful and it was wonderful to see the same boat man from 2011, lovely gentleman. The staff are are all a credit to the hotel Food and drink all excellent A massive thank you from us both and we will definitely return.

We recently stayed at Panorama El Gouna for our Honeymoon, and I have to say it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The staff here are absolutely impeccable—warm, professional, and genuinely engaged. They remembered the regulars, including us after just a short time, and went out of their way to make every part of our stay perfect. It’s clear they love what they do, which really shows in the level of service. We stayed in one of the Honeymoon Bungalows, which had recently been updated, and it was stunning. The rooms are huge, with a private pool, jacuzzi, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. The minimalist design with natural wood tones is a winner—We paid a lot more for other hotels in Asia, their rooms weren't as large, nice and the private pools at these resorts were tiny, with no view at all. You get a lot of bang for your buck at this resort. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the downtown bazaar, El Gouna itself is such a nice, clean, area to stay. Honestly, we couldn’t fault our stay. Everything from the service to the rooms and location was flawless. We will definitely be back!

We were moved here after a bad experience at another hotel. The manager who met us a reception was so welcoming. The place is just a little tired in places but it’s so quiet and relaxing here and the location is absolutely fantastic. I can’t Prosser the place enough especially after experiencing such a bad hotel experience for 7 days previously. Top marks to all the staff here who work so hard to make sure that everyone is a happy as they deserve to be on holiday

We had an incredible time at Panora El Gouna Bungalows! The bungalows were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views of the turquoise waters. The food selection was fantastic, with a variety of restaurants offering both local and international options, all served with impeccable quality. A special shout-out to Shady Rozik and his team, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their friendly service, attention to detail, and personal recommendations truly set this place apart. The excursions were amazing as well, with everything from water sports to cultural tours organized seamlessly. Ask for David or Sabastian. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, and breathtaking views! Salt Spa is a must for a stone massage.
