The breakfast area is very rich. The room is spacious and has a balcony.

The room facilities are old, the drainage system is faulty, the tax-inclusive price booked online was repeatedly asked for taxes at the check-in desk, and the problem could not be solved even after the booking information was issued. Communication was not smooth

Average hardware, first-class environment

We stayed at the so-called “presidential suite” at this garbage heap, and let me tell you, it was beyond revolting. From the moment we walked in, we were hit with a nauseating stench coming from the bathroom that lingered the entire stay. The place was filthy, poorly maintained, and downright insulting for the price we paid. And the management? Utterly useless and deceitful. They promised us a full refund after we complained about the horrific conditions, only to pull a complete 180 on the day we were leaving, deciding we weren’t getting a dime back. Their dishonesty was the cherry on top of an already disgusting experience. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel like the plague. We ended up spending more time at another hotel nearby just to escape this nightmare, and that place was leagues better. If you’re even considering staying at Pullman, think again—it’s a vacation-ruining hellhole. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Nisreen at the main restaurant was very helpful and so professional. She recommended to me what to order and I enjoyed the Tajeen and the Moroccan food. ………………………………………………. I recommend the Tajeen and appreciate Nisreen’s help and support.

This is definitely not a five star hotel. No help with luggage at check-in. Corridors dark and dirty. Airco in room not working. Room with “sea view” = view onto house in front with heaps of rubbish on the roof. Personnel walking around without purpose. Bar cold and awful, full of cigarette smoke. Dinner even more awful. Golf unusable (greens being repaired). Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Amazing experience in Pullman Hotel and Resort. Thank You sooo much to Ahmed Hosni who took care all time staying of our family as we got toddler with us, so he assisted us with any possible question we got. Place is safe and clean, got kids and adult pool to which we come out from our room which was on first floor which is very convenient!!! Rooms clean and bed is soft, also have a buck bed for kids if traveling family. Restaurant and bar near the pool also have SPA, golf course, ocean walking distance, also restaurants outside the living area so can have fun at night and don’t bother resting customers, very smart decision. We loved our stay!!! Little pricey but it worth it!!!!

Each ask or wish I had was just coming into life!!! I was treated with my family like a Queen. Breakfast was varied and delicious with multiple taste. The swimming pool was sufficiently fresh to accommodate cold/warm temperatures whereas the sea was too cold. Hotel has a beach access which is very well maintained and beautifully done for the customer.

It was a great experience at Pullman, beautiful view and good food .Especially that Miss Nissrine was very nice and helpfull, she made our stay very easy and seamless. Thank you Nissrine for your professionalism and great customer service skills.

I withdraw my 5 stars review, after stuff change I have received the worst welcome from someone called Mahdi. Not saying the truth regarding the availability nothing as an upgrade as a diamond member. The hotel is almost empty and I verified myself on Accor application, I also verified on **********, *********** and Agoda and the same and all types of suits are available. I returned back to the receptionist and I told him the other types are available he told me yes there is a misunderstanding which let me ended up the conversation.

Pullman Mazagan Hotel is a true heaven of relaxation and enjoyment The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel as if we were among friends. Special thanks to Abdenbi PDJ Manager who took extreme care of us during the breakfast. Needless to say, the service was exceptional throughout. looking forward to our next visit to this enchanting oasis ! Thanks team Pullman Mazagan

I wanted to give my personal views based on my four-day stay at the Pullman Mazagan on 24-28 July 2023. In a nutshell, the hotel is nice, calm and very well situated. One of its strongest points is his personnel, as I was amazed by the kindness and POLITNESS of all the staff (without any exception). The swimming pools are good and clean mainly the pool by the Patchamama restaurant, really awesome. The beach house area is so nice & great. On the other hand, there are certain points that really need improvements so that the hotel can meet the standards of a five-star one: 1. deterioration of furniture in the room: it either dated back from a long time or not well maintained 2. Cleanliness' of the rooms: we found insects upon our arrival (which is for me not acceptable at all) 3. No bin in the bathroom (only in the toilet and by the desk) 4. Absence of a shower at the main pool (or maybe just no indication that there's one and that having a shower should be a MUST) 5. Breakfast buffet is good but needs to be more varied to meet all tastes & expectations. 6. Sometimes, towels given at the pool or the beach smell, so I was wondering whether they are well cleaned after use! I strongly believe that if the above is taken into consideration, the hotel would be just perfect. Good luck!
