Had a wonderful stay in balai adlao, 100% recommended

It's located in good location but the breakfast is not good

I had an amazing experience at Balai Adlao! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was exceptional. A special shoutout to Ramie and Rose for their fabulous service. They were attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting Balai Adlao for great experiences and even better service! Breakfast was just ok and could have been better.

The highlight of our stay were the sunset cruise and snorkeling provided by the hotel. The staff were friendly and goes all out to assist you. The food was okay.

Glad we stayed in this hotel! It's close to Lio Beach, where there are mild waves that you can surf. Also, there are many restaurants around the beach so you can literally just stay at Lio Beach to chill and relax without any hassles. Staff are super friendly. Just one point to note, they marked 2 queen beds for twin beds type however it's actually 2 single beds so don't be mistaken. Also, there are construction projects happening -they start at 730 am and end at 9pm, if you are a light sleeper that maybe an issue. Luckily the staff said the project should end early next year, let's hope it's not delay haha.

Outstanding stay here at Adlao. We booked because of the “free” sunset cruise which was not offered because the boat was on maintenance the day we checked in. We were feeling down but the staff was enormous helpful and offered a private snorkelling tour with sunset in the floating pool. They really understood our point and made the stay awesome. They even decorated the room for my girlfriends birthday. We would 100% recommend. Try the French toast at breakfast - it is heaven.

The location is very good, close to the airport and the beach. Some of the hotel facilities are still under construction, and the swimming pool was not ready when we went there. The cleanliness and service attitude of the staff are very good

The rooms are very tired. The service is excellent! They try their best. There's a good restaurant on site with excellent service. Beautiful New Year's decorations. There's almost no internet in the room. There's construction in the backyard. The beach is just steps away.

Beautiful hotel, new, almost on the beach. The LÍO area seemed like an excellent option for staying in El Nido.

We’ve had a lovely stay at Balai Adlao even if it was just for a night! Huge thank you to Ate Rose and her team (including Kuya Arvin), they’ve really looked after us really well esp cos my partner was a bit unwell when we checked in! Very thoughtful, kind and accomodating to all of our needs. They’ve gone above and beyond helping us! also, good brekkie selection We had a great sleep as the bed was real comfy! Room was perfect for our needs… if there’s anything I’d comment on to improve, maybe update the telly to have Netflix, Prime etc options for future. Otherwise, amazing stay at adlao and we’ll defs gonna come back in future!

Staff were so helpful. Amazing benefits, amenities, and breakfast. Room is very clean. Bathroom is very spacious! I love Adlao!
